Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Emberly order.

How returns work: if you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return: email support@shopemberly.shop with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

Refunds: once your return is received and checked, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return shipping: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items: if something arrived damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
